We’re renting out our lovely double bedroom with a private bathroom in our modern 2-bed flat, right in the heart of Wandsworth.

About the flat:
You’ll be sharing with us — a friendly, professional couple (both 29) who work in the office during the week. The flat has a bright, open-plan kitchen and lounge area, perfect for relaxing or catching up over a meal.

The available room is a furnished double with a fitted wardrobe. A desk and chair (for home working) are being added and will be ready by the end of November — just in time for your move-in! You’ll also have your own private bathroom.

There’s also a parking space available (optional) if you need it.

Rent: £1,350 per month (bills included)

Move-in date: Friday 5th December 2025

Let length: Short-term or up to 1 year (reviewed after a year)

We’re close to Putney, Clapham Junction, Battersea, Fulham, and Richmond Park, with the River Thames a short walk away — perfect for weekend strolls or runs.

We’re both 29, sociable but respectful of personal space, and we love travelling, eating out, and catching up with friends. We’re looking for a tidy, friendly, and easy-going professional who’ll enjoy living here as much as we do.
