We’re renting out our lovely double bedroom with a private bathroom in our modern 2-bed flat, right in the heart of Wandsworth.

About the flat:
I have recently purchased the flat and will be moving in myself on December 1st, as I am currently away. The available room will be furnished with a fitted wardrobe, double bed, bedside table, desk and chair (for home working) and will be ready by the start of December — just in time for your move-in! You’ll also have your own private bathroom. The flat is equipped with underfloor heating with individual thermostats for each room. The furniture shown in the photos belongs to the previous owners and will be replaced.


You’ll be sharing with us — a friendly, professional couple (both 29) who work in the office and very rarely from home. The flat has a bright, open-plan kitchen and lounge area, perfect for relaxing.

There’s also a parking space available (optional) if you need it for an additional cost of £100 per month.

Rent: £1,250 per month, bills included with a cleaner.

Move-in date: Friday 5th December 2025

We’re both 29, sociable but respectful of personal space, and we love travelling, eating out, and catching up with friends. We’re looking for a tidy, friendly, and easy-going professional who’ll enjoy living here as much as we do.
