We’re renting out our lovely double bedroom with a private bathroom in our modern 2-bed flat, right in the heart of Wandsworth.

About the flat:
The available room is furnished with a fitted wardrobe, double bed, bedside table, desk and chair (for home working). You’ll also have your own private bathroom. The flat is equipped with underfloor heating with individual thermostats for each room.
You’ll be sharing with us — a friendly, professional couple (both 29) who work in the office and very rarely from home. The flat has a bright, open-plan kitchen (with a dishwasher) and lounge area, perfect for relaxing.

There’s also a parking space available (optional) if you need it for an additional cost of £100 per month.

Rent: £1,250 per month, bills included with a cleaner.

Move-in date: Monday 5th January 2026

Let length: Short-term or up to 1 year (reviewed after a year)

We’re close to Putney, Clapham Junction, Battersea, Fulham, and Richmond Park, with the River Thames a short walk away — perfect for weekend strolls or runs.

We’re both 29, sociable but respectful of personal space, and we love travelling, eating out, and catching up with friends. We’re looking for a tidy, friendly, and easy-going professional who’ll enjoy living here as much as we do.
