Hi! I’m renting out a bright cozy double room with a private ensuite bathroom in a quiet, friendly flat.

The room is furnished with a double bed (very comfortable), a wardrobe with good storage, two additional storage cabinets and a standing desk + armchair. (Note: the office chair will go, but my housemate has another one that he can leave if needed).

You also get beautiful London skyline views from the room such as London Eye, The Shard etc. (also visible from the other windows in the flat).

The ensuite bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink and mirrored storage cabinet.

The two bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the flat which is super nice as you feel like you have more privacy.

🍽️ Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, toaster, washing machine and all the other essentials you need.
I also have a coffee machine, an air fryer, blender etc. that I’m happy to share.

• Shops, cafés, restaurants and gyms within walking distance
• Bus stop 2 minutes away
• Wandsworth Town station 3 minutes away
• Southside Shopping Centre super close by that has Boots, Lidl, Waitrose, Holland & Barrett, clothes shops etc.
• Putney is also close, around 25 mins on foot with more shops and places to go
• The riverside is 7-10 min away on foot where you can run or have a walk

• Internet: £42 (fast fibre)
• Electricity: around £118 (can reach £200 in winter)

I work in tech and do hybrid (1–2 days a week in the office) and often work from home, mostly from the living room. I value a calm, tidy home and appreciate respect and cleanliness in shared spaces.
