We're Nick and Jackie - a professional couple in our 30’s, both working in the film/tv industry. We're social and active, looking for people who don't mind having a chat around the house or going to the pub, but also equally happy for everyone to enjoy their own space.
We're looking for 2 professionals in their 20s/30s/40s.
We've been sharing with 1 roommate who has unfortunately had to relocate, but we've lived with 2 roommates in the past. We have two spacious, comfortable furnished double rooms available in a shared house in SW London (Wandsworth). Both rooms are on the 2nd floor of the house and will share a bathroom. Our room is an ensuite on the 3rd floor, so you'd only be sharing your bathroom with one other person.
House: Large reception with wood burning stove. Cosy in the winter! Separate kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher. Nice garden with storage shed, seating, firepit and small greenhouse. Weekly cleaner. Street parking permits available for purchase from council (safe quiet street).
Location: 3 mins from the riverside! Beautiful Wandsworth park, pubs, restaurants and Uber Boat pier. There's lots of gyms, parks, pubs and activities within a 5 minute walk (including bowling, cinema, Gravity arcade...) 10 mins to Wandsworth Town Station (overground), 10 mins to East Putney (District Line) plus lots of bus options.
