£2,750 pcm for the entire apartment – all bills included. This is a whole-property let only; we are not looking to rent the bedrooms separately.

The flat has a comfortable main double bedroom, plus a second smaller bedroom set up as a home office/study with a daybed, making it ideal for working from home as well as having somewhere for occasional guests.

There's a bright open-plan living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen and access to a large outdoor terrace. Private off-street parking is also available.

The apartment comes fully furnished and ready to move into, so it would be particularly well suited to a single professional or couple looking for a comfortable temporary London home.

Location

The flat is right in the centre of Wandsworth, with pretty much everything you need within easy walking distance. Southside Shopping Centre, supermarkets, cafés, bars, restaurants, cinema and gyms are all nearby.

Wandsworth Town station is around a 6–7 minute walk away, providing easy connections towards Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and Waterloo. There are also several bus routes available just around the corner.

What's included

The £2,750 monthly rent includes council tax, gas/electricity, water and broadband, so there are no additional household bills to arrange.

Availability

Available from approximately end November 2026 until early/mid-May 2027, with some flexibility around exact dates.

You don't need to take the apartment for the full six months – we're happy to consider shorter stays within this period.

This could work particularly well for someone relocating to London, on a temporary work placement, between properties, having work done to their own home, or simply needing a furnished London base for a few months.

We're looking for someone who will treat the flat as their own home while we're away.
