This is more than the usual Monday-to-Friday room let: you will effectively have a modern, fully furnished London apartment entirely to yourself during the working week.

You’ll have your own furnished double bedroom and private bathroom, plus sole use of the living room, fully equipped kitchen and the rest of the flat while staying here. My bedroom and en-suite will remain private and locked.

There will be no landlord or flatmate living in the apartment during the week. I will return at weekends, making this ideal for a professional who works in London but has their main home elsewhere.

The flat is in Argento Tower, Wandsworth, overlooking King George’s Park and immediately beside Southside Shopping Centre. Shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, a cinema and gym are all on the doorstep, with tennis, padel and extensive green space in the park.

The apartment has recently been completely repainted, with new flooring throughout, and will be offered fully furnished and ready to move into. The building also benefits from a concierge, lift and secure bike storage.

Wandsworth Town station is nearby, with convenient connections to Clapham Junction and London Waterloo, as well as numerous local bus routes.
