Good size room in 2 bed Wandsworth flat

Hi I'm Ben!
I'm looking for a friendly, chill, reasonably tidy flatmate to join me in the 2 bed flat I'm renting in Wandsworth.

Rent & Bills for 1 tenant as follows:
Rent: £890 per month
Water: £27 per month
Electricity & Gas: £47 per month
Wifi: £17 per month
Security Deposit: £980

The flat is a good size for two people and I've had no trouble with the landlady or agents while living here for the past 3 years with 2 previous flatmates.

The flat is on the 4th floor (yes there is a lift in the building), has a separate loo and shower/bath, a comfy living room with tv provided by myself and a great kitchen with all the standard amenities.

The spare bedroom comes with double bed and wardrobe. (We can also move one of the chests of drawers in the flat into the room if you'd like). It's a good square room with enough room to sleep and work if you do work from home.

As for me, I'm a 29 y/o artist/designer. I like to game, read, listen to music, watch movies and go out for food and drinks now and then. I like to keep a chill atmosphere at home and try to keep the place tidy (but I don't mind a few dishes by the sink now and then, we all get busy).

As lead tenant I handle all rent and bills through my bank account, I just need a block payment from you on the first of each month. I can provide more info on costs upon request.
