Share a comfortable house

The bedroom available is at the back of the house on the first floor & has a double bed, two chest of drawers, wardrobe, wall mounted flatscreen tv/dvd player & wooden flooring. There would be room for a desk.

There is a south facing quiet garden with a seating area for relaxing. You can view all different types of birds & other wildlife from the kitchen which has all modern appliances.

Overall there are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets. Gas central heating with instant hot water. And also a lounge, dining room, utility room.

The rent includes all bills & internet together a weekly cleaner. Parking on the road is only restricted between 2 & 3 pm weekdays.

I have two cats (Tigs & Kits) who were rehomed from Battersea. One male, one female, supposed to be brother & sister but unfortunately don’t get on at all!

There are two of us in the house both females. myself & Heather who works for an interior design company who has been living here for apx 2 years. Both very much into the environment & animals. Would be nice to share with someone of a similar mindset.

We are about 5 minutes from Southfields tube station which is on the District Line. West end/city is apx half hour's travelling time. There are a variety of shops very near, including a French deli, M&S Food, Sainsburys, Tesco, Post Office, Cafe Nero & several restaurants, pubs, a gym near the tube station. Southside shopping centre is within walking distance where there is a Cineworld cinema, Waitrose & various other shops.
