Double Bedroom in Earsfield , From 1st of Sept

We have a room available from the 1st of September (possibly mid-August) in a fully furnished house with a lounge and garden.

The room is very large, with plenty of space and with large windows which let in plenty of natural light.

The House :

The house and neighborhood is in a pretty and quiet road with a very nice atmosphere. The surrounding area is up and coming with the people ranging from students to young professionals and families.
The area offers a wide range of restaurants and pubs with easy access to just about anywhere in and out of London.

We are sharing an open lounge/kitchen with our own private garden. Outside table and chairs included.

15 minutes train to Waterloo

10 minutes bus to Wandworth town station
5 minutes to Wimbledon station (District line)

* Waterloo, Vauxhall and Clapham Junction stations will have full access to National trains

Housemates :

Anthony (42) and Jonathan (34), two easy going "professionals" from France and South Africa.
We are clean and tidy and really do have a sense of respect for each other in the house and hope to find someone with similar tendencies.

We enjoy occasional barbecues in the garden with friends and a good night out.
We do indoor climbing, slacklining and other outdoor activities as well as chilled nights at home with a movie.

Conditions :

The rent for the house is 950£ per person.
We are renting the house through an agency so the next housemate will have to pay the deposit (711,33).
