King-sized en suite bedroom in Tonsley house

A large double room in a quiet street in the Tonsleys, a three-minute walk from Wandsworth Town station (Waterloo in around 16 minutes). Clapham Junction is also walkable, as are Clapham, Fulham and Chelsea. Parking is easy to find outside.

The room
The bedroom and bathroom have the whole floor to themselves. The room has a king-size John Lewis bed and views across London to the Shard. Next door is a large bathroom with a big bath, and there’s a separate shower room you can also use.

£1,600 per month, all bills included
Weekly cleaner: £30 per week
Household products (cleaning supplies etc.) shared separately

Looking for
A working professional who is clean, easy-going and staying at least 6 months, ideally a year.

Good to know
The ground floor is open plan, so there’s limited privacy in shared spaces. Because of that, I ask that you don’t have overnight guests or host regularly.
