I am renting out a room at 2 bedroom flat in Wandsworth. Lovely area by Osiers Road. New build, has a balcony, concierge, gym and allocated parking spot for a car.
You will have a separate bathroom ( not en-suite ) but it’s very big and will be used for guests and yourself only.
The room comes furnished. There is built in wardrobe. I am currently using this room as a work space so everything can be moved around or removed.
You will be living with me - a professional who works in media and mostly from home. I would love to find someone who doesn’t work from home and have a different schedule.
I love staying active, fitness is a big part of my life :) I am very easy going and laidback. Done with partying - early nights are the best :)
The area itself is super lovely, there are lots of pubs, brunching places around, lots of gym’s, Wandsworth park is only 5min walk.
Also you can walk to Putney east station in 15min too.
