I am renting out a room at 2 bedroom flat in Wandsworth. Lovely area by Osiers Road. New build, has a balcony, concierge, communal gym. Close to a river.
You will have a separate bathroom ( not en-suite ) but it’s very big and will be used for guests and yourself only. Currently updating with new furniture ;)
The room comes partially furnished. There is built in wardrobe, a desk.
You will be living with me - a professional who works in media and mostly from home. I would love to find someone who has a different schedule and don’t work from home as much but it’s not a desk breaker :)
I love staying active, fitness is a big part of my life :) I am very easy going and laidback. Done with partying - early nights are the best :)
The area itself is super lovely, there are lots of pubs, brunching places around, lots of gym’s, Wandsworth park is only 5min walk from the apartment.
Also you can walk to Putney East or Putney Bridge station in 15min too.
I am open to short let too.
