Cosy room 3 min walk to Wandsworth Town Station 💖

We’re looking for a clean and friendly female professional in her late 20s or early 30s to join our lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in Wandsworth Town.

Move in date - 8th October (flexible on the date)
Tenancy length - long term

💸 Rent and bills - £875 a month plus roughly £70-100 on bills. £1125 deposit is required as well. Can be unfurnished or furnished (you can buy the bed and wardrobe from the previous tenant).

📍Location - The house is in a beautiful area with lots of cute restaurants, coffee shops and gyms nearby. It’s a 3 min walk to Wandsworth Town station and just over 5 min bus or 20 min walk to Clapham Junction. We are also less than a 10 min walk to Southside shopping mall. From Wandsworth Town Station, you can get to Vauxhall (Victoria Line) in 9 mins or Waterloo in 14 mins.

🏡 The house - Recently refurbished and has 4 bedrooms, kitchen/dining area, separate large living room, garden patio, roof terrace and 2 full bathrooms + 1 guest toilet. It’s on a very cute and quiet road, away from traffic. We keep it very clean and tidy and are looking for someone who’s clean as well.

🚪 Your room - A small bedroom facing the garden. Currently, there’s a double bed in there and a massive wardrobe (2m wide!), but you could put a single bed in or a smaller wardrobe if you’d like more floorspace.

👭 Housemates - You’ll be sharing with Abra (27), Nicole (28), and Yara (28). We are all in 9-5 jobs in marketing, enjoy socialising and spending time together but also value our own space. We are looking for someone we can become good friends with, not just a flatmate.
