Double Room, Sublet 1 month/ 6 weeks, Wandsworth

I am subletting my room from the 16th January - end of February/ early March.

The room is in a first floor flat in the heart of Wandsworth Town and comes fully furnished. The rent includes all the bills (water, gas, electricity), council tax (band B) and fibre internet.

You will be sharing the kitchen, lounge and bathroom with just one other person. We like to keep the flat clean and tidy so definitely looking for someone who is equally considerate.

In terms of amenities, the transport links are great with Wandsworth Town Station less than a five minute walk away with trains that get you to Waterloo in 15 minutes. There are also good bus links into central London and across the river, these are also less than a five minute walk from the flat.

As for green spaces, we have Wandsworth Park and Wandsworth Common approximately 15 minutes walk from the flat.
