The room is in a modern 2-bed, 2-bath with stunning Thames views, private balcony access from the available room, and private use of the main bathroom.

The flat is fully furnished with a comfortable sofa area, dining space, projector for Netflix nights, shared work station, and outdoor seating on the balcony — perfect for relaxing after work or enjoying summer evenings by the river.

The flat is a 2BD2B, so it’s ideal for someone who wants the balance of sharing a home while still having plenty of personal space.

The room comes unfurnished, so you can fully make it your own. It fits a standard double bed and comes with a full-length mirror.

You’ll also have direct access to the balcony and private use of the large main bathroom, while I have my own ensuite.

I wfh 2-3x a week so looking for someone with a similar schedule

A bit about me:

I’m originally from the Philippines and previously lived in Melbourne, Australia before moving to London, so I’m very used to international living and sharing spaces.

Outside of work, I’m into personal development, trying new food, and exploring London. Love doing the usual things like meeting mates at the pub, theatre, and the odd art gallery trip

Ideally, I’d love to find someone who’s looking for a home rather than just somewhere to sleep. I’d like to create a friendly, comfortable flat vibe where we can chat, share the occasional wine, but also respect each other’s space 🫶🏻

The flat is already set up and ready to live in, but I’d love to live with someone who’s happy to add their own touch and make it feel like home.
