Cosy Wandsworth 1-Bed Flat – 1 Month Sublet

Hey,

I’m letting my first-floor, one-bedroom flat for one month, from 5-10 November to ~10 December. Ideally, I am looking for a professional (might be small for a couple).

The flat is a short walk from the River Thames and around a 10-minute walk from both East Putney (District Line) and Wandsworth Town (National Rail). There are also plenty of buses within a 2–3 minute walk, and the area is well served by public bikes (Lime, Santander, etc.).

Wandsworth Southside Shopping Centre is only a 3-minute walk away, with Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Lidl and plenty of other shops. There’s also a Tesco Express about a minute away, plus lots of restaurants and cafés right on the doorstep.

It’s fully furnished in a comfortable, cosy style. The living room has a small workspace with a second monitor, a comfortable sofa, plants and a TV.

The kitchen has everything you need to live your best MasterChef life — fridge, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, and all the pots and pans you’ll need.

The bedroom has a super comfortable king-size bed, with some space to hang and store your clothes. There’s also a washer/dryer in the flat.

The price of £1,800 includes all bills, and I’m ideally looking for someone who can stay for the full month, from 06/11 to 10/12. I can be flexible around key exchange.

This isn’t a party flat, as there are neighbours, so I’m looking for someone who will take good care of my home and be respectful of the neighbours — and ideally keep the plants alive 😬.

The price also includes a professional clean before your arrival and another after you leave.
