The flat is 5mins walk from Wandsworth Town Station and the pubs/restaurants of Old York Road., 1min from bus stops (short hop to Clapham Junction and East Putney tube station) 10mins from Southside shopping centre (incl. large Sainsburys/Lidl and Cineworld and gyms).
You will share the flat with 2 males (33 & 32) one of whom has lived there for 5 years, the other for 1 year. One is a sustainability consultant who works from home 3 days a week, the other is a mathematical modeller.
They enjoy socialising in the evenings and occasionally having friends over for drinks. They have requested that their new flatmate is friendly, liberal, respectful, reasonably tidy and works regular hours (ie 9-5.30). No preference on gender, ideally in their late 20s/early 30s.
The flat is light, spacious and on the top-floor of a small 3-storey block of flats. It has original sanded floors, large living room and gas central heating. The bedroom itself has a brand new carpet (being fitted 20 Nov). The room comes furnished with a double bed and free-standing wardrobe, 3 chests of drawers, two large.
All windows recently replaced with modern double glazing.
Fire safety inspection was carried out in August 2017 - all recommendations implemented.
All bills amount to around £90pcm (dependent on season). Rent includes service charges and water charges.
