Double bedroom available from 1st September in a friendly 3-bed flat in Wandsworth Town / Clapham Junction. Non-smokers only preferred.
The flat is 5mins walk from Wandsworth Town Station and the pubs/restaurants of Old York Road., 1min from bus stops (short hop to Clapham Junction and East Putney tube station) 10mins from Southside shopping centre (incl. large Sainsburys/Lidl and Cineworld and gyms).
You will share the flat with 2 males (31 & 28) one of whom has lived there for 4 years, the other for 2 years. One works as a sustainability consultant, the other in social research.
They are generally busy throughout the day, but enjoy socialising in the evenings and occasionally having friends over for drinks. They have requested that their new flatmate is friendly, liberal, respectful, reasonably tidy and works regular hours (ie 9-5). No preference on gender, but ideally in or around their mid/late 20s/early 30s.
The flat is light, spacious and on the top-floor of a small 3-storey block of flats. It has original sanded floors, large living room and gas central heating. The bedroom itself comes furnished with a double bed, and free-standing wardrobe and the large corridor cupboard is given to this room for additional storage.
All windows recently replaced with modern double glazing.
Fire safety inspection was carried out in August 2017 - all recommendations implemented.
Until recent energy price hikes, all bills amounted to no more than £80pcm (dependent on season). Rent includes service charges and water charges.
