Large bright double bedroom in large home in leafy Wanstead. Living with couple who own the property. Available for professional person looking to rent Monday to Friday. We have 3 cats and 2 dogs. They are not allowed in renters bedroom or private lounge but you are likely to be greeted at the door by waggy tails, so if you are scared of dogs this is not a home for you. Access to large garden with above ground pool and large, well equipped kitchen. We are five minutes walk from Wanstead tube station which is on the central line. It's 28 minute tube ride to Oxford Circus. 9 minutes to Stratford and 20 minutes to Canary Wharf with one change. Happy for renter to leave belongings in the room full time but only available to rent for staying during the week. Wanstead has lots of very nice pubs, restaurants and shops. High street is 5 minutes walk away and we are 2 minutes from the local golf/tennis/bowls club and 5 minutes the other way to Wanstead Park. We are opening our home to you so will need references and teams meeting to ensure the correct fit.
