The apartment looks on to George Green park with large windows that provide a lot of daylight. Wooden floors. Furnished kitchen. One bathroom with a walk-in shower. Separate toilet room.

An ideal flatmate would be a clean, responsible, 30-40 year old in full-time work or graduate/PhD-level study who does not bring the party home.

I am a 33 yrs old, teaching at the London School of Economics. I like to cook and enjoy a glass of good wine over interesting conversations. My wife lives abroad and visits occasionally. I value a friendly, respectful household with good communication and respect for personal/shared space.

My other flatmate who just took over room 1 for rent works in film production full time. She is friendly, communicative and spends her time enjoying London and watching good films.
