Room in Waterfront Wapping Flat (15 mins CW/City)

We are a married British-American couple living in a 3-bed, 2-bath maisonette in Wapping, a 7 min walk from both Wapping oveground and Shadwell overground/DLR--very well connected for quick and easy access to City and Canary Wharf. We are looking for a quiet and tidy city lodger for Mon-Fri (4 nights a week--open to 3 nights for slightly reduced rate) for our lovely spare room with high ceilings, lots of natural light, underfloor heating, and its own balcony with views of the Shard). Bills included; bi-weekly cleaning; exclusive use of newly-renovated bath/shower room during the week (not en suite but right next to room); fully furnished including desk and office chair, all recently decorated, with new floors and wardrobe; use of kitchen possible.
