Urgent: Looking for a Third Flatmate/East London 💕

Hi girls!

We’re Amina (25) and Mariana (24), and we’re looking for a lovely third girl to join our flat in East London! 🫶

We’ve been living with our friend Esme, but she’s moving out to live closer to work 😖 so we’re looking for someone lovely to take over her room and become part of our little flat.

We’re looking for someone ASAP as we need to confirm our new flatmate before renewing the tenancy. The official move-in date would be 7th December.

A bit about us:

We both work in marketing and are quite social, active and easy-going. We love going to the gym, running, Pilates, trying new restaurants and coffee spots, and exploring London. We’re also very much into cosy nights in, cooking together, watching something and the occasional girls’ night 🫶

We’re both clean, respectful and mindful of each other’s space, and we’re looking for someone with a similar vibe someone who’s friendly and social but also appreciates having her own space and a peaceful home.

What we’re looking for:

* A girl around a similar age
* Friendly, respectful, clean and easy to live with
* Someone who enjoys a social but chilled home environment
* Ideally, someone who works in London
* £750/month, excluding bills
* Move-in date: 7th December

A couple of important things to note:

* The new flatmate will need to complete referencing, which costs £40 + VAT.
* There will also be a tenancy name-change fee of £250 + VAT.
