Lower Marsh is 4 minutes walk - this street offers multiple restaurants with different cuisines (japanese, korean, italian, chinese, thai, and many more), groceries like iceland and coop, post office is around the corner. Gyms are also near.

This flat is intended for professionals who are tidy, considerate, and respectful. :) This is one of the most inexpensive flats in Waterloo as it’s managed by the government. Referencing will be needed.
