We’re looking for tenants who value a comfortable, well-kept home. This is a calm, tidy flat suited to respectful tenants. We expect everyone to clean up after themselves and keep shared areas tidy. No parties or loud gatherings.

🚇 Transport: The flat is on middle of Waterloo, Lambeth North, and Southwark stations (~4-minute walk to any), with great connections:
- Holborn, Bank & London Bridge: ~11 minutes
- Oxford Circus / Tottenham Court Road / Canary Wharf: ~17 minutes

📍Location – Central Waterloo: Close to the Thames and South Bank, with easy access to markets, cafés, and cultural attractions. A lively area with a residential feel.

💡Bills & Offer: Includes council tax, water, and internet. Energy included for the first month as a welcome incentive (normally ~£30/£50 p/person, p/month). Council Tax Band B.
