Small double in great location (SE1) - Mon to Fri

Hola! I am looking for a professional person or student to share my home (a two-bed, first floor flat) between Monday and Friday for up to 4 nights per week. All bills included!

I am a friendly, laid back young professional who is looking to share the space with someone like-minded - I'm hoping to create a welcoming home rather than simply renting out a room, so I'm looking for someone warm, respectful, and easy-going who'd enjoy being part of that. As I say, I want you to feel genuinely at home, so you would have course be very welcome to make full use of the kitchen and living room.

The flat is in a fantastic location, ideal for anyone working in the City or the West End - both are less than a 30-minute walk away. Indeed, I walk to my office in St Paul's every day. Elephant & Castle and Southwark stations are both within a 10-minute walk, while Waterloo and Borough stations are also easily reached on foot. Although the flat is tucked away on a quiet residential street in a peaceful block, St George's Circus is just two minutes away and offers excellent bus connections across London.

The room is a small double, with a built in wardrobe and a mid-century chest of drawers. You would be welcome to use the storage and leave your belongings over the weekend, making it feel like a true home away from home. The double bed, mattress, and bedding are all brand new.

The open-plan living room and kitchen are full of character, decorated with artwork and interesting pieces collected during my travels. The flat also has a private balcony, as well as access to a communal roof terrace with fantastic views across London.

I have recently moved in, so an armchair and TV for the lounge will be arriving imminently!
