Monday to Friday Single Room in Waterloo, with bills included £600

Single room available in our little terrace home in Waterloo, within the Southbank, just a few minutes walk to Waterloo Station and also to Lambeth North Station (bakerloo line).

The room is ideal for someone that works/studies in Waterloo/Westminster area during the week, not very ideal if you are working from home.

In addition to public transport, you can walk to many parts of Central London in less than 30 minutes (close to Waterloo bridge, or Westminster bridge and also to Charing Cross foot bridge in less than 10/15 minutes); I walk every where 😉 and cycle too.

You will be living with myself, lovely and grey-going Italian lady :) and my 17 years old son.

Shared use of bathroom and kitchen.

- The kitchen
is large with a table to eat on (I cook more or less every day) and there is a washing machine to share.
You are welcome to share our plates and cups, and kitchen things if you want or if you prefer to bring your own things, there is a cupboard space just for you.
- The bathroom
has a bath with shower on top and there is a separate toilet.
All very clean and cozy although not luxurious!

Broadband and bills included, based on fair usage.

To book the room I require:
- at least one reference
- the deposit
- to take a picture of your passport
- honesty and integrity

It is possible to rent it for everyday but only for 3 months (March, April, May) and the rent with bills included would be £900.
