The room would suit a tidy, considerate and independent professional looking for a calm and comfortable home in Central London.

The house is quiet, clean and safe, ideal for someone working in the Waterloo / Westminster area.

The room includes:

* Small double bed with storage and new mattress
* Desk with mirror
* Two wardrobes

About the house

You will be sharing the house with me, an Italian professional working in e-commerce and digital marketing.

We share:

* Kitchen with dining table and washing machine
* Bathroom with bath/shower
* Separate toilet

There is no shared living room, as I work from that space.

All bills and broadband included (fair usage).

House preferences

* Single occupancy only
* No overnight guests / visitors
* Looking for someone respectful, clean and easy-going
* Preferably female professional
* Minimum stay: 2 months
* Rolling monthly agreement after the initial period
