Double Room in family home, in Waterloo

Double room available from January, for 2 or 3 months, in our little terrace home in Waterloo, within the Southbank, just a few minutes walk to Waterloo Station and also to Lambeth North Station (bakerloo line).

The room is ideal for someone that works/studies in Waterloo/Westminster area and is looking for a quite and safe place to live.

In addition to public transport, you can walk to many parts of Central London in less than 30 minutes (close to Waterloo bridge, or Westminster bridge and also to Charing Cross foot bridge in less than 10/15 minutes); I walk every where 😉 and cycle too.

You will be living with myself, lovely and grey Italian lady :) and my son.

Shared use of bathroom and kitchen.

- The kitchen
is large with a table to eat on (I cook more or less every day) and there is a washing machine to share.
There is a cupboard space just for you.
- The bathroom
has a bath with shower on top and there is a separate toilet.
All very clean and cozy although not luxurious!

- No shared living room.

Broadband and bills included, based on fair usage.
