Small Double room available from February’26, in our little terrace home in Waterloo, within the Southbank, just a few minutes walk to Waterloo Station and also to Lambeth North Station (bakerloo line).

The room is ideal for someone that works in Waterloo/Westminster area and is looking for a quiet and safe place to live.
Not suitable for home working.
The room has mall double bed with storage and a new mattress!
Small desk and chair.
Large mirror.
2 wardrobes.

Location is just great!
In addition to public transport, you can walk to many parts of Central London in less than 30 minutes (close to Waterloo bridge, or Westminster bridge and also to Charing Cross foot bridge in less than 10/15 minutes); I walk every where 😉 and cycle too.

You will be living with myself, lovely and grey Italian lady :) and my son, 20 years old.
The house has 3 bedrooms.

Shared use of bathroom and kitchen.

- The kitchen
is large with a table to eat on (I cook more or less every day) and there is a washing machine to share.
There is a cupboard space just for you.
- The bathroom
has a bath with shower on top and there is a separate toilet.
All very clean and cozy although not luxurious!

- No shared living room as I work/live there.

Broadband and bills included, based on fair usage.
