This is a 3 floor house (ground floor + 2 floors) with 7 bedrooms. All tenants are professionals with different nationalities.
The house has a shared living room, kitchen and garden.
All kitchen appliances (2x ovens, 2x fridges, 2x stoves, washing machine, microwave, storage room)

The room is a bright room with a view of the park across the street. The room has a double bed with a wardrobe, TV and other storage compartments. The bathroom is shared with 1 guy and it’s in the hallway of the same floor the bedroom is on.

There is also an additional cleaning fee of £25 per month as a Housekeeper comes once a week to clean the common areas as well as the bathrooms in the house and she buys the garbage bags and kitchen detergent.
