Double room in Hearne Hill, 6 weeks +

I'm subletting my room between 27 July and 8 September (6 weeks). For the right person I might also let you take over my long term lease as I'm considering moving to the countryside when I'm back.

Large living room, downstairs toilet, fully equipped kitchen (nutri bullet, airfryer, microwave, oven, convenction stove, fridge, freezer, etc), dining room and a big garden with veggies, lawn and bbq space, indoor bicycle storage and a basement... basically everything you could want and need in a home.
We're really well connected for S London: it's a 10 min walk to Hearne Hill Station, which connects directly to Victoria, Blackfriars, St Pancras, Farringdon, etc.. and also a 10 min walk from Brockwell Park and its dreamy Lido!

The housemates you'll stay with are 2 Namibians (a couple) and 2 British (not a couple), in total 4 wholesome humans who I love to chat with, and collectively we have created a home environment that's quite lovely. We get along with each other and we're a sporty bunch, from running to volleyball to water polo and badminton.
We host the occasional bbq in the garden and we're generally a calm, peaceful lot. One of us wfh about 3 days a week, two wfh about once a week and the last one is a teacher so he's out early and back early-ish every day.

We're looking for someone who fits the general vibe, and if you can stay for the entire time (6 weeks) that would be ideal. We could also arrange a stay from 17 July if that suits you better. I've made the price weekly for simplicity but the monthly rent is £955, including alll bills and a cleaning service every second Monday. For thr sublet this price is negotiable by about £100. Deposit is in case of household damages during your stay and will of course be returned if you leave without damaging anything.
