New room in quiet, spacious, 2-bed 2-bath flat

This is a single room in a two-bedroom flat. The room comes with:

You would be sharing the flat with me. I’m a 33-year-old English teacher from London/Oxford. I’m friendly, tidy and respectful of other people’s space. I'm looking for someone similarly respectful, considerate, tidy and professional.

It’s a 12 minute walk from West Ealing station and a 25 minute walk from Ealing Broadway. It’s next to a large number of shops and other transport links.

The building is purpose built and there is minimal noise from neighbours. For extra safety there’s a locked gate surrounding the building. There is also an off-street parking space for you.

Room available as early as 6 June for the right person.
