We are looking for a friendly professional non-smoking considerate young male to join us and share our spacious period home, 2 mins walk from the Elizabeth line.

This is a good-sized double bedroom, the original main bedroom of the house, about 12”x13”, with a large double-glazed bay window overlooking the quiet tree lined road. There is a double bed and two built in wardrobes and plenty more space for any furniture you may have. More period features- stripped pine door, flooring, cast iron fireplace, cornice and picture rail. There are spotlights on a dimmer switch. The room is big enough to accommodate a desk if you need to work from home.

The house has three bathrooms/showers. Yes three! One for each of us. The main bathroom is a good size and has a separate mega flow shower cubicle (no feeble dripping showers). There is a fully tiled wet room on the ground floor. There is also an en-suite upstairs- but that isn’t yours!

There is a stylish quiet lounge with marble fireplace, television and two John Lewis leather sofas to unwind and socialise. It gets the late evening sun and is a fabulous space to chill out. There is a separate dining room.

The heart of the house however is the kitchen family room. kitchen with quartz worktops, fridge freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher, double oven, built in microwave and induction hob. There is an island with inset sink and breakfast bar. There is a kitchen table and a sofa to unwind on. The room is south facing with a full wall of folding doors overlooking the garden. There is bags of daylight and sunshine. This is a fabulous spacious room where everyone can be doing their own thing without tripping over each other.

The dining room is accessed directly off this room and further extends the entertaining space, although it is also being used as a home office presently.

The garden is secluded and south-facing garden. There is a decked area leading straight off the kitchen. This has uplighters, downlighters and spotlights, to extend your evening. There is a lower decked area with seating and a pond. A lovely place to share a bottle of wine. There is a shed for your bike.

The house is in Drayton Gardens in West Ealing. W13 0LG. It is 3 minutes’ walk from West Ealing station, on the Elizabeth Line. Fantastically quick to Paddington, Tottenham Court Road, Farringdon, Liverpool Street, Canary Wharf Etc. Also, direct quick link by Heathrow Connect. There is on street parking (you will need to get a permit). There is a park with running track at the end of the road. Waitrose is very close by, as is a great Fullers pub and loads of cafés and restaurants. There is a 24-hour gym 8 minutes’ walk away.

Overnight guests are welcome, (but not every night), and please respect the room is for single occupancy. No couples please. The rent includes all bills. One month’s deposit required. The room is for non-smokers only.

You would be sharing with just two other male working professionals, one of whom is the owner and only there part of the week. Richard is the other. He is 27, from Germany, doing a PhD at Imperial college. There is a lot of space for the three of us. Space in the fridge, freezer, bathrooms etc.
We are sociable, but we respect each other’s space. We are clean, tidy, quiet sociable and respectful and are looking for someone like minded. This is our home and we care about it. No smokers please. We are looking for someone kind and gentle, who will leave a sensitive footprint, who appreciates what this house has to offer. Someone creative or artistic would be a bonus.

The rent is £920 per month. Council tax, water rates, utility bills, TV licence etc are included. One month’s deposit (£920) is also required.

We are looking for someone responsible, clean and respectful, who is going to fit in well with Richard and myself, so someone in the age range 21-30 is likely to fit the bill. Someone with a sense of humour, who is kind and easy to get on with. We are ideally looking for someone long term. Please leave a contact phone number, so we can have a chat. Please, no texts.
