Beautiful Brand-New Double Room Available from 27 June

I’m offering my beautiful double room for rent from 27 June until the end of August. You can rent it for one month or the full two months.

I will be travelling to my family home in Mexico during July and August, so the room will be available while I’m away.

The room is spacious, bright, and fully furnished in a brand-new house. All of us moved into the property only two months ago, so everything is new, modern, and spotlessly clean. You have your private TV, scooter, paddle board, kettle, clothing dryer etc.

You’ll be sharing with my two best friends—one from Portugal and one from Japan. They are friendly, respectful, and easy to live with, creating a relaxed and welcoming home.

* Beautiful private garden – perfect for relaxing, enjoying the sunshine, or having a barbecue.
* A large green park is right in front of the house.
* Surrounded by lots of green spaces, making it a peaceful and pleasant area.
* Close to two large football stadiums, great if you’re a football fan.

* Just 1–2 minutes’ walk to the DLR station and bus stops.
* Around 6–7 minutes to Canary Wharf.
* Around 12 minutes to London Bridge.
* Very close to Stratford with excellent connections to Central London.

🛴 You can also use my electric scooter during your stay, making it even easier to get around.

💷 Bills are approximately £50–£60 per month.
