Spacious Double Bed Room -3min to West Ham Station

I’m looking for a replacement for my room in a lovely shared apartment with two friendly female flatmates. The area is safe, peaceful and well connected, with West Ham Station just a 3-minute walk away.

The rent is £781 per month, including water bills and council tax.

Other bills are paid separately:
Gas: around £27 per month
Internet: £10.66 per month
Electricity: £20 top-up in turns between the flatmates. Each person usually tops up once every 1.5–2 months, depending on usage.

There are 4 rooms in total in the apartment. Each of the three flatmates has their own room, while the fourth room is kept empty for guests, so there is no additional flatmate living in the property.

There is a Sainsbury’s Local around 7 minutes away, as well as plenty of smaller local shops for everyday groceries. West Ham Park is just a 1-minute walk away, with lots of families and children enjoying the park, making it a pleasant area to live in.
The apartment is fully furnished and has a recently renovated kitchen, a spacious garden and a large bathroom. The flatmates are friendly, relaxed and flexible, and we’re looking for someone who is respectful, clean and considerate of shared spaces.
Female tenants are preferred. Occupation is not important, as long as you meet the required income criteria for the room.

The availability is flexible if you wish to move now or during the month of October, the end date is 31 October.
