Double Room in West Hampstead

Hi,

We are currently looking for a new housemate to join our flat in West Hampstead.

The flat is located right in the heart of lovely West End Lane, between the tube and overground station.

The room is a comfortable east-facing double, with double bed and chest of drawers and hanging rail.

Our small but perfectly formed kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas hob and washer dryer washing machine.

The room is available from 10th August, The rent is paid on the tenth of every month so the first rent would be needed just before this. No agency fees which is lovely!

Located in the centre of West Hampstead, the flat has great transport links. We're a short walk (2-4 minutes) to West Hampstead tube (Jubilee), Overground and Thameslink stations, while Finchley Road (Metropolitan, Jubilee) station, Kilburn Park (Bakerloo) and Hampstead (Northern) station are also walkable. In addition, buses (including night buses) run through both West End Lane and Finchley Road.

We live opposite an M&S, and Nearby are a huge Sainsbury's and a large Waitrose, both on Finchley road, and a number of local Sainsbury's, Tesco and Waitrose on West End Lane; plus a host of great local stores, and a Saturday farmers market.

You will be living with one girl and two boys.. We are all 20/30 something young professionals. We are very friendly, sociable, easy going and clean and tidy. We are all fairly independent with our work, social lives and hobbies but enjoy a chat together in the evening or at the weekend.

Sadly we don't have a living room.

You will be similar (20/30 something, professional, non-smoker) - a flatmate who is friendly, sociable and respectful to others.

The rent is £865 per month, which one of us pays in full directly to the landlord.
