The lodger's east-facing room is extra large, quiet and exceotionally bright (with plenty of sunlight!), benefiting from a combination of Victorian bay and sash windows. It is extremely spacious, more than 25 sqm/270 sqft.
The room is equipped with Single Bed, Large Sofa, Wardrobe, Chest Drawers, TV (50inch SAMSUNG Neo QLED 4K HDR), Laptop working Table (not shown in the photos) and various storage space.
** Bedding (Duvet, Linen, Pillows),Towels, and Kitchen Utensils are provided. You can literally move in with only a suitcase!
** Kitchen (with Dinning Table & Chairs) and Bathroom (with Bathtub & Shower) are shared.
The house boasts a superb location, only a stone’s throw away from West Hampstead Underground (2 mins’ walk) and Overground (3 mins’ walk). The Thameslink Station is also close (4 mins’ walk) and can take you directly to St Pancras / King's Cross (within 10 mins) and Gatwick Airport (within an hour).
I am an easy-going, calm and open-minded Oxford-trained anthropologist who enjoys socialisation as much as solitude. I have fortunately made good friends via flat-sharing, so look forward to meeting you!
