SHORT LET Jan-Feb only Double in Zone 2

SHORT LET For 1 or max 2 months only

We have a big, bright spare room available from the end of December/beginning of January 2025 for a short-term let of 1 or 2 months. Our home is friendly and quiet, so it’s perfect for a clean and considerate working professional who values peace and independence.

The room is a generous 5x5 meters and comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, 3-seater sofa, and a table with chairs. It’s a comfortable space where you can relax after a long day.

The flat is on the top floor (don’t worry, there’s a lift) and has a shared kitchen, bathroom, and a small living room. You’d be sharing with two professional women—we’re friendly, considerate, and respectful of each other’s space. I work long hours, so I’m looking for someone who’s similarly independent and mindful. Oh, and we also have a small dog who’s very well-behaved!

We’re in Zone 2:
5 min walk to West Hampstead Tube Station on Jubilee Line and Overground to Stratford
5 min walk to Kilburn High Road Overground (towards Euston)
8 min walk to West Hampstead Thameslink station (Gatwick, Luton)
Bus Lines 328, 139, 189, C11.

The area is great, with shops like M&S and Sainsbury’s, a gym, and lots of bars and restaurants all within 5 minutes’ walk.

Ultrafast WiFi and all bills are included (except the TV licence).
