🛏️ The room is a double with space for a bed and wardrobe. You’ll be sharing a newly refurbished bathroom. Please note: the living room is not included, as it is my private space.

🏡 The flat is on the ground floor with access to a private garden and a communal garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a boiling water tap.

📶 Fast, reliable internet is available, a monthly cleaner and all bills are included. You’ll have full use of the kitchen and bathroom as needed. The rest of the flat remains private.

🐶 Pets are welcome with prior approval. I have a small dog who lives here full-time, so this space isn’t suitable for anyone with allergies or a fear of dogs.
