£1,200x month (7 days a week)

£750 x month (Monday to Friday- 2 days a week AND week-end excluded)- Ideal for commuters or anyone in need of a part-time living arrangement.

£300 x week if interested to a short term accommodation

It is a friendly and quiet flat, perfect for a clean and considerate working professional (No Working from home, i am afraid) who values peace and independence.

The room has loads of natural light thanks to its huge window and comes with a comfy double bed, built-in wardrobes and gorgeous wooden floor.

Decent size kitchen, well equipped with a suspended dining table, washing machine and gas cooker.

The brand new bathroom comes with bathtub & wall mounted shower.

No living room ;)

The location is fab: just 7 min walk to West Hampstead station (Jubilee line, Overground, and Thameslink), and close to loads of independent shops, cafés, restaurants, and gyms.

Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill are also nearby if you’re into green spaces :)

Fast and easy connections to Central London, the City, the West End, Euston & Canary Wharf, King’s Cross, London Bridge and Gatwick or Stanstead airports.
