Ideally we are looking for a quiet coming and not late going person as we are up early ourselves in the working week and need our sleep. the flat is quiet and we would like to keep the calm atmosphere. flat would work for someone who is working/studying in the city ideally a 9-5 person routine . Someone who likes to read, and is hobby orientated who is considerate and respectful - pet could be considered also if trained for example small dog.
