I'm a friendly host, living alone in a bright and comfortable two-bedroom flat in West Hampstead, and I'm offering the second bedroom for short stays of a few days, up to one week.

The flat is on the first floor of a Victorian-style building and has a quiet, warm and homely atmosphere. It overlooks green school grounds and a public playground and gets plenty of natural light.

The room is particularly suitable for tourists and travellers visiting London for a few days, professionals, or anyone looking for clean, safe and fully equipped short-term accommodation with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

I live alone in the flat and work from home as an independent derivatives trader in the US market.

There is a large and comfortable shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and one shared bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The area has excellent transport connections, with Underground, Overground, National Rail and several bus routes within a few minutes' walk. Waitrose, Tesco, M&S and Sainsbury's are also within easy walking distance, together with dozens of cafés, restaurants, shops and other local amenities.

The price includes all bills and no deposit is required.
