Furnished Room – West Hampstead – £900 Bills Inc.

We’re looking for a friendly, clean and considerate lodger to join our family home in West Hampstead from end of September or October 2026.

The room is bright, spacious and fully furnished, with a comfortable single bed, plenty of wardrobe storage, a chest of drawers and bedside table. A desk can also be provided if needed. You’ll have your own private bedroom while sharing the rest of our comfortable home with our family.

We have 3½ bathrooms, and the bathroom closest to the room is shared with our teenage daughter.

We’re a friendly, active family and have lived in London for several years. We’re looking for someone who enjoys a relaxed, welcoming home and is respectful of shared spaces and family life. We’re sociable and happy to chat or share a meal, but everyone has their own schedule and privacy is important too.

The flat is in a fantastic West Hampstead location, with excellent transport connections via the Jubilee Line, Overground and Thameslink, as well as numerous buses. There’s a great selection of cafés, restaurants, pubs, shops and supermarkets all within easy walking distance.

The rent is £900 per month, including all bills and Wi-Fi.

The room would suit a professional or postgraduate student looking for a comfortable and affordable base in a great part of London.
