Light-filled garden room in West Hampstead

We're after a friendly, tidy professional to fill my room. We'd love someone who's in the office at least 3 days a week (we've already got a couple of WFH regulars, so it's nice to mix things up!). We like to chat and catch up in the common areas, we do a group dinner or a movie night now and then, but we're all independent people with our own lives too. Common areas get tidied as we go, and we have a cleaning rota so the place gets a proper once-over every week.

Your Room 🛏️ 
Ground floor, so moving in is a breeze (just note the kitchen's up on the first floor). Huge windows overlooking the garden mean tons of natural light and a lovely view to wake up to. Comes with bed frame and mattress - the rest is yours to decorate how you please :)

The House 🏠
* Living room with a projector set up for cosy, vibey movie nights
* Utility room with washing machine (and all the cleaning stuff lives here too)
* Garden that's a work in progress but already perfect for dinners and sunbathing
* 2.5 bathrooms so no queuing for the loo 🙌
* Massive kitchen with dining table, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and loads of storage.

The Flatmates
* Ellie, 27 — Professional working in Sustainability & Ethics. When she's not off on a weekend surf trip, she's your go-to for the best pub and creative event finds in London.
* Thea, 32 — Freelance singing coach and property inspector. Equally happy at a rave or curled up with a horror film or a cheeky reality show.
* Froydis, 32 — Freelance film director. When she’s not off on a shoot, she can be found at a pub night or writing for one of her many projects.

The move-in date is the 11th October, the rent is £815 and deposit is £980.79. All our bills incl. council tax are coming to around £100 a month at the moment.
