I’m looking for a friendly, considerate person to join my home in a lovely first floor flat in West Hampstead, right between West Hampstead and Kilburn.

The flat is in a really convenient location, with West Hampstead Jubilee Line, Overground and Thameslink stations all very close by, as well as West Hampstead Jubilee Line and the Bakerloo Line at Kilburn Park. There are loads of shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants nearby, while the area still has a relaxed residential feel.

The room is a good-sized double bedroom with plenty of natural light. The flat has a spacious living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, kitchen aid) and a comfortable shared living space.

A bit about the home 🏠

I’m 28 and live in the flat, so this would be a home rather than a flat-share where everyone keeps to themselves. I’m looking for someone friendly, clean and considerate who enjoys having a nice, relaxed home.

I also have two indoor Ragdoll cats 🐱🐱, who are very friendly and part of the household! They’re very affectionate and sociable, so you’ll need to genuinely like cats and be comfortable living with them.

I’m looking for someone who is happy to have a friendly, sociable home but also respects each other’s space. Ideally, someone who is clean and tidy, considerate with shared spaces and generally easy-going.
