I’m moving out of my room in this 3 bed, 3 bathroom flat in West Hampstead. My flatmates Nadine and Sangeeta are lovely and have been amazing to live with. They’re late 20s and looking for someone who’s clean and friendly, 25-32 and independent. A good mix of enjoying your own space but hanging out after work or watching a good series together.
A quiet, peaceful flat - not a party space but occasional hosting is all good.
THE ROOM:
Furnished with a new double bed and mattress, built in wardrobe and two sets of drawers. I have a shelf and two bedside tables newly bought that I’m happy to sell on to the next person.
Comes with a big ensuite bathroom - a shower, radiator, tall shelves great for storage and under sink space too, as well as big windows for ventilation.
THE FLAT:
A really spacious environment with a large living room and balcony. Separate kitchen and big windows for ventilation.
Each person has their own bathroom and rooms are separated with a long hallway between so feels very private. Newly carpeted and shoes off so very clean!
COSTS:
The room is £1250pm and bills £165pp (electricity, wifi, water and council tax)
Deposit is one month’s rent.
A small admin fee for changing contract name.
LOCATION:
We’re on a quiet street half way between West Hampstead and Finchley Road so there’s lots of cafes, bars/restaurants nearby as well as an arts and yoga studio.
10 min walk to West Hampstead tube station and less to the Thameslink and Overground stations.
There’s also a Lime/Forest bike and scooter dock right outside the flat.

Min salary 35k and permanent employment.
