We’re looking for a lovely new flatmate to join our gorgeous three-bed flat in West Hampstead!

The flat is a 10-minute walk from West Hampstead station, with easy access to the Jubilee line, Overground and Thameslink, and 15 minute walk from Finchley Road for the metropolitan line. We have a huge balcony (perfect for hosting summer dinners and drinks), a super cosy living room, separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a separate shower room, both with toilets.

The room available is the biggest in the flat, with beautiful big windows, loads of natural light and a HUGE amount of built-in storage.

A bit about us 💕

* Eve, 28 – Works in fashion at a magazine and is in the office five days a week. Big foodie, loves cooking and hosting.
* Lucy, 27 – Works in climate tech, working from home. Runs a girls book club (hosted not in the flat), Hampstead ponds lover and big into Pilates and health food.

We’re close friends and have lived together for the past two years. We absolutely love our flat and have made it into a really lovely, cosy home. We’re both big lovers of interiors and design, so having a space that feels homely and looked after is really important to us.

We’re looking for someone with good vibes who wants to be part of the home rather than just rent a room! We love a dinner party, going out for drinks, cooking together or having a chilled evening watching a film, but equally love our own space and doing our own thing. Ideally someone sociable, considerate, tidy and easygoing who feels the same way.

It really is the dreamiest flat, and we have a lovely landlord too!
