Description
I’m moving out for personal reasons and looking for someone to take over my contract for this Gold En Suite room at iQ Haywood House in West Hampstead.
The room:
It’s a spacious room with about 14 sq m of living space and your own private en suite bathroom, so you get plenty of privacy and room to settle in.
The flat:
You’d share an apartment with up to 7 other residents. The flat has a modern, well-equipped kitchen and dining area, which is a good place to relax or get to know your flatmates.
The building:
Residents can use the on-site gym, cinema room, and social and study areas whenever they like. It’s handy if you want a quiet place to study or to unwind after lectures.
Who I’m looking for:
Ideally a student or young professional who is respectful, tidy and considerate of shared spaces. You don’t need to be the sociable type, but you should be happy to get on with your flatmates, keep the kitchen clean and respect quiet hours.
What to expect:
It’s a friendly, convenient shared flat in a well-run building, with the flexibility of being close to central London. The takeover goes through iQ’s official process, so you’d sign your own new tenancy agreement with them.
If you’re interested, send a message through the site with a bit about yourself, your course or work, and when you’d like to move in.
