Double room in characterful flat | NW6

I'm looking for someone to share my two-bedroom flat in Hillsborough Court, a characterful period building on a quiet residential crescent between Kilburn, Maida Vale, West Hampstead and St John's Wood.

The flat and location:

The flat has an open-plan living room and kitchen, a shared bathroom (with bathtub) and a lovely communal courtyard garden. The building also has lift access.

It's a really convenient location for getting around London:
- Kilburn High Road (Lioness line - two stops to Euston) is just a few minutes' walk away
- Kilburn Park (Bakerloo line) is also within easy walking distance
- Kilburn High Road has plenty of shops, supermarkets, cafes, pubs and restaurants, with West Hampstead, Queen's Park and St John's Wood all within walking distance

A little about me

I'm Tom, 33, and I work full-time in consulting.

Outside work, I'm a keen runner and regularly train and compete in athletics. I also love travelling, cooking, discovering new restaurants (especially across NW6!), music and spending time with friends.

At home, I'm fairly relaxed and enjoy having a comfortable, welcoming space to unwind. The room would be perfect for someone new to the area who wants to live with someone they can have a good chat with, occasionally cook or share a meal with, but who also enjoys their independence and respects each other's downtime.

Who I'm looking for

Ideally someone friendly, considerate, tidy and easy-going who wants to make the flat feel like a proper home.

Keen for it to feel like a friendly, equal flatshare, with open communication and a good balance between socialising and having our own space.

It's an LGBTQ+ friendly home, and I'd love to find someone with whom living together feels natural and comfortable.
