Beautiful large double room (Mon–Fri ONLY)

This is a MONDAY TO FRIDAY let only -- it does NOT include weekends.

This is a large, comfortable and peaceful room including an en-suite shower room with a large shower. Constant hot water, own TV with DVD player, broadband connection (5G in sitting-room), cable TV in sitting room, all bills are included. The room is cleaned weekly with a change of linen and towels.

You will share the kitchen (with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer) and dining area and the large sitting room.

You MUST like cats (two friendly Gingers in residence).

The top-floor flat is approximately 8--10 minutes walk to the Jubilee-line tube station (Zone 2: the furthest of the three stations from flat) and slightly less to the Thameslink and London Overground stations (all West Hampstead).

We have a Little Waitrose 2 minutes walk from the flat, a Marks & Spencer Food by the tube station, also Sainsbury & Tesco stores between here and stations. West Hampstead is packed with restaurants, bars and take-aways, so a very wide choice of food and entertainment.

The extensive grounds and gardens of the estate include two recently refurbished tennis courts (to which access is available).
