Room Available In Lovley Creative Flat - W14

Our lovely flatmate Jess is moving out to buy her own place!

So we’re looking for a new housemate to share a lovey flat in a great location in Barons Court (Zone 2). It’s just a 7-minute walk to Barons Court Station, which serves both the District and Piccadilly lines. There’s Tesco Express, plenty of shops, cafes, and pubs within walking distance. Hammersmith is also a short walk away, offering even more bigger supermarkets, transport links (Hammersmith and Circle line), and other amenities.

The flat has a garden, a separate living room, and a lovely kitchen with two bathrooms. One bathroom has a toilet and bath, while the other has a shower and toilet. The room has a double bed, inbuilt wardrobes, and plenty of room after.

The cost is £850 a month (all in), including bills, and a cleaner every month, which is very reasonable for the flat and location.

We’re female-preferred to keep continuity with the room, as the past two occupants have been women.

You’ll be living with Russell (40s), a theatre director, and Cameron (30), an actor, so creatives would be a great fit!

Like to hangout occasionally and it happens naturally watching the TV, but we're all quite busy and like to do our own things, just relax in our own rooms.
