The bedframe, mattress topper, pillows and duvet are all almost brand new. I can provide one set of sheets.
The room has been newly painted and has a new blackout blind plus new curtains.
The door is lockable.
You'll share the one bathroom with me (shower only).
I'm just off the end of Hammersmith Road where it meets High street Kensington. There are 3 tube stations nearby - 7 mins to West Kensington for District, 10 mins to Barons Court for Piccadilly and 15 mins to High St Kensington for the circle line. There's an overground station 5 mins walk- Kensington Olympia. (you could even walk 20mins to Shepherds Bush for the Central line.)
There's buses 9, 27, 28 and 306 all a very quick walk away..
