Upper Maisonette Flat in West Kensington

We’re looking for a couple to join our lovely modern flat in West Kensington on the 5th of December, ideally for a minimum of 12 months but flexible.

The flat is £3,750 pcm, split equally between four people, so the room works out at £937.50 per person / £1,875 per couple per month.

Bills are £220 per couple per month, including council tax (Band E), broadband, electricity, gas and water.

* About the flat *
It’s a beautiful, modern multistorey flat and is fully furnished and equipped by Ethan and I, making it really easy and hassle-free to move in. We have a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, communal TV and everything you need for day-to-day living.

The room available has its own private bathroom (located downstairs) and comes furnished with two cupboards and a chest of drawers. You’d just need to bring a bed and bedside tables.

We’re also lucky to have some great outdoor space, including a rooftop area with a fire, open seating and a table which is perfect for entertaining, as well as a balcony off the main living area.

* Location *
The location is fantastic and really well connected. We’re close to both District and Piccadilly line tube stations, with convenience stores, restaurants, pubs and everything else you could need nearby.

* About us *
We’re Ethan and Hannah, both 30, and we both work full-time. Ethan works on the tools and Hannah works in an office. We’re a friendly and social couple who enjoy the occasional dinner, drinks or having friends over, but we’re equally happy having a quiet night in. Our weekdays are generally pretty quiet.

We’re respectful of the fact that this is everyone’s home and really value cleanliness, open communication and giving each other space.

* Who we’re looking for *
We’re ideally looking for another couple, although we’d also consider a single person who can comfortably afford the rent.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful, friendly and easy-going, and ideally looking for somewhere to stay for at least a year.

We’d love to find someone like-minded who wants to enjoy the house together while also respecting each other’s space.
