Hello, I am Rajveer, a Physics student at Imperial currently living at this property. We currently have a double room available in our 3 bed 2 bath property. The room also has access to our outdoor patio and a potential tenant would only have to share a bathroom with one other person.
The room is situated right outside the hall, should you need extra storage space.
Rent is 1025 PCM and utilities comes out to about another 80.
The deposit has been split equally between tenants and is 5 weeks rent (3200 PCM for the whole property) coming out to 1230 pounds.
The property is currently rented only by students. We are looking for students to replace a tenant who has moved out.
The property is 5 mins walk from West Kensington Station (on the District line), 12 mins from Baron's court (Piccadilly line).
20 min commute to Imperial by bus and 10-15 mins by bike.
