Room in Victorian flat / West K.

My current flatmate is moving in with a friend, so the room is opening up. That means I can offer a sunny room on the first floor of a Victorian building in West Kensington, available from mid-November, anywhere between 15 November and 1 December works, I'm very flexible on the date. Quiet, leafy street, but the tube's a few minutes' walk, central London in no time. Big windows, loads of light, fully furnished and move-in ready. Great cafés, shops and pubs right around the corner. Calm spot, seriously central.

About me: I'm in the office during the week and work quite a bit, so I'd be really happy if you also have a routine and go to the office a fair bit, makes living together easy. Looking for a working professional, 28+, staying at least 3 months, anything shorter doesn't really work. Ideally a guy, but open to anyone who's a good fit.
