A spacious, three-storey Edwardian terrace with a private garden and a large family kitchen is offering a generously sized ground-floor bedroom. The room benefits from its own en-suite bathroom and French doors opening directly onto the garden, providing excellent natural light and a sense of privacy.

We are a small, relaxed family household comprising of myself (working in law), my fiancée (in sales), and my 19-year-old daughter who is studying at a London university. We also have one very friendly older cat.

The property is exceptionally well linked: Tulse Hill mainline station is just a two-minute walk away, with fast connections to London Bridge, Blackfriars and St Pancras. Brixton is a short bus ride away, and the beautiful Brockwell Park, along with several smaller green spaces, are close by. Norwood Road offers a wide range of local shops and amenities and has a friendly neighbourhood feel.

The bedroom is fully furnished. Please note that there is currently no desk for working from home, so the lodger would need to provide their own if required. All bills are included, along with super-fast broadband.

We are looking for a lodger who is clean, kind and considerate. We are an independent household that largely keeps to ourselves, but we are friendly and happy to share the occasional meal or chat. Privacy and mutual respect are important to us.
