Huge 3-storey edwardian terrace property, with a garden and large family kitchen. The bedroom is based on the ground floor and has an ensuite and French doors to the garden.
We are a small family: myself - I work in law; my fiancee - works in sales and my 19 yo daughter is studying at a london uni. We also have 1 very friendly older cat.

Tulse Hill mainline is 2 minute walk from us - connecting quickly to London Bridge, Blackfrairs and St Pancras. Brixton is a short bus ride away. We have the gorgeos Brockwell Park and many other smaller green areas in the vicinity. Norwood Road has everything you need in relation to essentials and is a friendly neighbourhood.

The bedroom is fully furnished. I do not have a desk in there for wfh purposes so tenant would have to purchase their own.

All bills included. Super fast broadband too!

We are looking for a lodger; someone clean, kind and considerate. We mainly do our own thing but are happy to share the odd meal and chew the fat! Looking for someone independent that values privacy.
